Hey there, I’m finally home, happy but also overwhelmed by all the crazy atmosphere from the fashion week. I’ve been back for two days, I’ve been trying to put all my thoughts together and finally this morning, while my baby was sleepig I manage to write this post.
Yes, I had a great time, I attended for the fourth time Milan Fashion Week and I came back with almost the same feelings: it is wonderful, it is worth it, but it is also exhausting.
While the first day was quit chill and we had just a few shows in the evening, in the same place, the next day things were completely different. On September 19 has started officially the calendar of #MFW and first show of the day was Alberto Zambelli, at 10:30 a.m. in the morning.
I really loved the fashion show. Graphic prints, all white looks and metallic silver accents are Zambelli’s proposals for the next season. I also liked the oversized bows and the loose cuts. Here are some snaps from the show, but I hope you’ve been following my Instastories for the full catwalk report.
After this show I had to run to another one, that started one hour later, San Andres Milano Spring/Summer. I had the pleasure to be one of the event ambasadors and wear one of San Andres outfits, a beautiful dress from his previous collection.
It was such a beautiful opportunity and I felt really great!
The presentation took place in a Mexican restaurant, Besame Mucho, where we had also the opportunity to taste some of the Mexican cuisine. Yummy, tasty and spicy!
After that we jump in a taxi an then then directly to another presentation, Cinzia Rocca.
After these one, the next stop was in the hotel room where I had to change my outfit and be ready for the last two fashion shows from the day, Anna Kiki and Ricostru.
For this fashion shows I wore a wonderful fringed dress by Omra. As I have seen on the catwalk and on other fashion week outfits, fringe is one of those fashion trends that will never go out of style.
No wonder that my outfit was highly appreciated and also featured by Vogue, as you have probably already seen if you’ve been follow me.
So, here are some pictures from Anna Kiki and Ricostru, that I took before my phone battery died. Yes, often, at the end of the shows my phone has run out of battery, the nightmare of any fashion blogger, so that’s why I posted late pictures sometimes.
Well, after such a busy day, I didn’t miss the opportunity to take a mirror-selfie with my partner in crime, Amalia.
See you soon with all the details about #MFW day 3.
Bye now and thank you very much for following me!
